RESPONSE As District Captain of 9th District, Eastern Region of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, I am pleased to work with the Response Team. Our Response Team for 2009 is made up of the following five District Staff Officers: DSO-OP: Operations - L. Wargo Sr. DSO-CM: Communications - J. Smith DSO-MS: Marine Safety - W. Cummings DSO-NS: Navigation Systems - M. Grabecki DSO-AV: Aviation - R. Fratangelo The Auxiliary team makes me proud to be part of it. Thank you to our members for the astounding number of hours volunteered, and for their pride and dedication to the Auxiliary and all its programs. Our team effort to promote safe boating on our waterways has prevented countless accidents and tragedy.
